Hi, Barry.

I am a physical therapist. Where are your spasms located?...front of your throat? Back of you neck? Up high near the base of your skull or lower down near your shoulders? Any radiating pain, numbness, or tingling into the arms? Can you identify triggers...time of day, activity, position, etc?

There are lots of reasons this could be happening. Perhaps you can seek help from a physical therapist. There are those of us out there that specialize in head and neck cancer patients and after-treatment issues.

If you'd like to send my a PM, I may be able to help you out.

Regardless, I hope that you feel better soon. I'm glad that your first plastic surgery went well. Hopefully, you won't need more.

Take care,
Kerri
