A friend of a friend is looking for a top-notch cancer specialist who works with malignant nasal polyps. Not sure exactly the cell type. Possibly adenoma.

It doesn't matter the location. The patient will fly to the best facility/location/doctor available. If you don't know of anyone who treats the above type of cancer, perhaps you can recommend someone who or a facility that treats nasal cancer.
