Click on the "My Stuff" tab. On the drop down menu click on "edit profile". Scroll to the bottom and type in the white box and "submit".
To make your own thread, click on the topic section you think it should go under. (Hint.... General should be a last resort.) For example, "Currently in Treatment", next towards the top left corner of the new page click on "New Topic". Write what you want and "submit".
Please let me know if you need any further help navigating the forum. It really is pretty easy once you make a few posts.
