Good job with your quitting tobacco. Best part of it is that you have hit the 3 day mark which means the nicotine is out of your body. At least thats what Ive been told, after 72 hours your body doesnt need it anymore, its all in your head. PLEASE keep trying to avoid cigarettes. It really could make a huge difference in such a promising future.
