No question you should get an oral surgeon to look at it ASAP.
Maybe it is nothing, but if you chew (where do you keep it in your mouth?) even some that is a risk factor. Don't chew. Don't binge with alcohol either. Neither are healthy habits.
The rule is a sore or lump for 2 or 3 weeks in your mouth, check it out, so if you are at the end of 3 that is enough time. Dental xrays aren't going to rule out oral cancer in your cheek.
