Oral cancer isnt something that comes and goes and often it does not cause pain. My original tumors looked like a canker sore and was there for weeks without much change. Some ENTs specialize in putting tubes in children's ears and some oral surgeons do primarily wisdom teeth extractions and implants. Finding the proper professional is the key to finding out what is going on in your mouth.
