I agree Neti pot helps with the head stuff. But my hoarseness has been something that has become a problem in the past month, especially last two weeks.
There might not be anything to do about it but if it is laryngeal reflux there might be. I just don't have any heartburn. Sometimes a funny taste in my mouth though. I just thought someone might know about this.
