I know the American Cancer Society has volunteer drivers available for people going thru cancer treatments. I am one of the volunteer drivers who helps take patients to their appointments. The problem is that the list of patients who need rides is greater than the number of volunteers. I have not heard of any local hospitals providing transportation to their cancer patients but I will pass this info along just in case. Never know, maybe their hospital offers that service.
