Yes I did just go through this and yes I ended up with a collapsed lung. I had no pain from that, just the inconvinience of having to stay in the hospital for three additional days.

My biopsy turned out "inconclusive". The location was in a hard spot with a blood vessel on one side and a bronchial tube hard on the other. The doctor knicked the blood vessel going in so he ended up getting three samples but only one had tissue (the other two were blood)the tissue sample came back negative for cancer so that was good but they prefer three good samples before declaring it conclusive.

We are going to keep an eye on the spots in the lungs to see if they change in size. Hope they will on the smaller side.

The procedure was not that bad and I should have been out of there the same day. Collapsed lung did not hurt at all so just the wait for it to reattach.
