I've been careful today - and went back to rinsing with the baking soda and salt and it's almost gone! For the most part - I've got these crunchy crackers I eat with my mock tuna - and I think from biting into them I scratched it a bit but I've always had sensitive gums in that area because of the veneers! Just one more thing to watch out for! The redness has all but gone I also picked up a new toothpaste (very mild!) high flouride content but ph balanced - and a mouthwash that's the same !  I like the freshness of mint but not the burn! This has a mint vanilla taste!  hope you're feeling good.
