Hi there I'm sorry I ndo ot have a lot of experience with Erbitux, but he should use cream as much as possible on the cracked and burnt areas. The mouth is a little harder. Magic mouthwash should help him get his nutrition and fluid down it will help with pain. I used manuka honey, so I was blessed not to have a severe problem with blisters etc...until the last week. But it doesn't work for everyone and needs to be run by the dr. First. Pain meds should help as well. Good luck! And hugs!
