It's a mixture of lidocaine niystatin, an a few other things. There may be a recipe on the Internet that you could show to a pharmacist. Every pharmacy makes it different - it does help. I checked my label the last time someone else asked but they hadn't listed e ingredients on it. Someone here might know. I know mine had nystatin in it because I asked my RO for thrush meds - I had a small amount starting and he said use your magic mouthwash - it has nystatin in it. I ended up using manuka honey instead because at that poin I wasn't in pain. Take care!
