This is the current argument with Matt and his MO.
His blood isn't taking the treatments well, as he's getting booster shots and whole blood tomorrow to help get his counts back up.
He is getting a port inserted tomorrow afternoon and going to weekly treatments instead of the once every three week dose that he has been getting since March.
The doc really thinks its time for a two month holiday from the chemo. I have to agree, as Matt rarely gets out of bed anymore.
Too much chemo can kill, just as the cancer can, right?
I've always told him that I'm behind him whatever choice he makes. I'm just not sure in this instance I'm doing him justice by watching him take so much.

any thoughts???

thanks
Christine
