You do not need to see a world class ENT to get biopsies. Just get to a good one in your town. If you ever ended up with the biopsy showing something serious, then you want a world class doctor to treat it. Right now you just need to know if it is serious and you need to know that as quickly as possible. In general, oral cancer is not painful and typically only shows up on one side of the mouth. From what you are telling us it could be anything, so get those spots biopsied by any ENT as soon as possible and give yourself some peace of mind.
