With all the advancements and claims, I would just like to add that I have been talking with O'Malley at Penn for almost a decade. They likely have more of these under their belt than anyone, and have modified their technique several times in the last few years. There are now about 6 teams in the US that have significant experience, and I suspect in the next few years this technique will become the standard at hospitals that can afford the DaVinci and TORS systems, plus go through an extensive learning curve to have success rates that I would be comfortable with in my own mouth.
