Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 7 | I am so sorry to hear about your FIL. The poor man has been thru so much. Maybe the hospital is him medications to make him more comfortable. When someone's immune system is compromised and their white counts are very low, they can be given shots to boost it back up. Im not sure what the medication is called, I was given these shots once and felt immediately better.
I hope your FIL improves a little more every day.
