I don't quite understand. Are you just picking a doctor, or are you already working with one of the hospitals such as MD Anderson or Methodist? There are a lot of motels near the medical center/Astrodome area that have free shuttles to the medical center. As you might imagine the prices vary. I recommend calling MD Anderson cancer center and ask for a concierge or social worker that can give you a list of available, close by motels.
