As some of you know earlier this year I was involved in making a commercial for thetruth.com. I have been contacted by the same group of people to help them find former smokers for a commercial they will be making for the CDC.

Ideally the people chosen will have experienced the negative consequences of tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke with real stories to tell. Negative impacts can include asthma and stroke brought on by exposure to cigarette smoke; heart attacks; deaths of loved ones due to second hand smoke/asthma; prosthesis due to cancer; disfigurement from chewing or smoking tobacco; tracheotomy, use of feeding tubes; etc. They should be able to easily explain how their lives have changed. They are looking for people preferably under the age of 50 and on the east coast. Applicants will be required to provide an affidavit from their physician stating that their condition was a result of smoking and or second hand smoke.

Please PM or email me if you are interested or have any questions.
