Its 20 HBO dives prior to having extractions or in depth dental work like what you explained and then 10 dives afterwards. Ideally it would go like clockwork. Do the 20 dives and then surgery and within a couple days complete the next 10 dives. It will not make a big difference is there is a few days between this schedule.
