You've already done the first thing by getting the biopsy. Unfortunately until then you play the waiting game. We've all been there - done that. It's hard but knowing you have taken the first step should be comforting.

None of us wants to play "doctor" so we wouldn't speculate on "if" this is a cancer. There are many lesions in your mouth that can be benign. Hopefully yours will be too. However, if not, then you know what you are dealing with and can do the research and ask the questions.
