I'm wondering if any of you have had this:

I had my tongue resection a little over three months ago. About two weeks ago I noticed a small hard nodule along the incision site. Now for the past week it has become a cyst and is getting bigger. It looks like a bubble and is about 4mm x 5mm in size. No pain just annoying I have an appointment in 4 days. I cannot get in sooner as that is the first day that my doctor sees patients in clinic. It almost looks as if it would deflate if I stuck a needle in it. Anybody else ever have this and what was it? Or any thoughts of what it may be?
I think it's a ranula and wondered if anyone has had this treated?
