So the last day or two I have had this discomfort behind my belly button. Cleaned my button out real good and see some redness but no sign of ingrown hair or pimple. It is more just a wierd feeling and discomfort but when I push in with some amount of pressure it kind of stings. No bulge or anything but still, I don't want to bring this up at work and we all know why. If say it is a hernia, can I do anything to heal naturally or would I definately need surgery? I know this is not a hernia forum but you guys are better than a shrink or the regular joe shmoe doctor the company will send me to, yeah the one who almost let me die. I have really gotten used to this no appointments for weeks at a time thing, damn I don't want to see a doctor about this crap. Thanks guys, I guess this was more of a vent/rant than anything.
