Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,264 Likes: 5 | I agreed do the biopsy - steroid creme will cut the inflammation and mask the symptoms possibly making it look better but that doesn't mean it is. A biopsy is the only way to know for sure. Good luck tomorrow -
