Dusty radiation is no walk in the park ( I'm mid week 3 - ) but it's doable - I am doing 33 rounds - and 3 chemos...

My cancer sounds the same as yours - I had a partial glossectomy, and left neck dissection with one node involved.

Good luck with radiation. It sucks but it is worth it... Do your neck exercises - do your mouth and swallowing exercises - get a good cream for your radiated areas - and invest in magic mouthwash - helps with the sores!!! And rinse and spit with a mixture of baking soda and water - frequently... It has healing properties ( this is during radiation). also I am sure Christine has or will be along with the numbers but eat what you can and as much as you can now!!! Drink plenty of fluids. Have fluoride trays made - they help save your teeth. You are doing two weeks less than me so you may not be too incapacitated - but everyone is affected differently. Finally see a physiotherapist. I started this week working on my neck and arm on the affected side - it makes a world of difference.

Good luck! And take care!!!
