That's correct.
If you itemize your deductions, any contributions paid by cash, check OR CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD on or before Dec 31 will be deductible and will save you income taxes, including Federal, State and City.
I know the economy is bad for most of us and I know that times can seem really difficult for those of you undergoing Tx but now is the time to dig deep and contribute to this web site that has and will continue to be of immense benefit to all affected by this cancer.
Just try to imagine what your journey will/would have been like without this site !!!
