It works great, is easy to use with the trays and only requires a 5 minute application. You will need a prescription for it. Your dentist should be able to get it for you. It is an aerosol can and will last about a year. It is pH nuetral, so no worry about burning those mouth sores- even during treatment. Stronger strengths are also available as well as different flavors. I believe the last can I got was around $25.00.
