I had my total laryngectomy and left neck dissection at HUP and love my surgeon whose name I will send in a PM. I have no clue as to whether he does the type of surgery you need. The nursing care 9 years ago was variable but competent.
Since you are going to be traveling so far, why are you not considering MD Anderson which is number 1 or 2 in the country? Does your insurance not cover them?
