Patient Advocate (old timer, 2000 posts) Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 3,552 | I can't speak to the headache but your doctor should be notified IMMEDIATELY of any changes, in hearing, during Cisplatin Tx. Cisplatin can cause permananet deafness although this is very rare.
They should also have performed a baseline audiology test prior to treatment and periodic ones during treatment.
It could be the radiation but I would put my money on the chemo. Constipation from narcotics can also cause nausea. For that matter fear and anxiety can cause nausea.
