Day 3 after having my two lower molars, gum tissue and partial jaw bone removed. The swelling on my cheek seems normal, although feels very hard. The weird things is, I have this very large pouch, like a turkey wattle under my chin that formed, I can sway it back and forth, it looks horrible. I have zero body fat, so it is not from being overweight. It really just appeared my second day after surgery. Is it fluid build-up? I read some have had the same thing after radiation treatment, but I just only had surgery. Anything I can do about it? Please and thanks!
