I would also get dizzy spells and still occasionally do. In my case I think some of it might have had to do with all the weight I lost during treatment coupled with my relative height - especially as I'd usually get dizzy when standing up too quickly.

But I also had a condition a few years earlier that was diagnosed by a neurologist and could also be at play here, called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (let's emphasis the benign part...)
