If a doctor said eat plenty of this, I ate plenty of it. I didn't smoke, never drank at home, only at parties, etc. Never was even a tad overweight or underweight for that matter. Had dental checkups 3 times a year, each and every year. Got plenty of sleep, blah, blah, blah.
I still got Stage IV cancer. Of course NO ONE EVER SAID DON'T ENGAGE IN SEX!!! lol
Point is I don't think you can ever guarantee that what you do will prevent all cancers.

Jun 07, back to riding my bike 100 miles a wk. Now doing 12 Spin classes and 60 outdoor miles per wk. Nov 13 completed Hilly Century ride for Cancer, 104 miles, 1st Place in my age group. Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
