You should be asking the doc all these questions and making sure you get answers. Im sure there must be a doc on the floor that you could speak to about the morphine concerns. Unfortunately nobody here would be able to answer these questions since we dont know all the medical histoy, type of chemo, doseage, and we lack medcial backgrounds. Wish I could help more but this is something that your husbands doctor should be discussing with you. Hoping your husband improves so he can go home soon.
