Ive had a mendibulectomy with replacing my jawbone with a metal jaw which was removed when my first free flap failed. For me it was a very very long road to getting well. I was in pretty bad shape for the fist 4 months. Around the 9 month point, I started to bounce back. Its been over a year now and I have recently gotten cosmetic reconstructive surgery.
