Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 440 | Okay, I've decided to find new dentists for our family. I got the pedi dentist for the kids but don't know who would be appropriate for myself. Insurance gave me a list of drs in my area, but what category of drs sees more oral cancer patients, is it an Oral&Max Surgeon, Periodontist, Prosthodontist or just a general&fam dentist?

Rt Mandibulectomy, rt fibular flap,& rt ND with trach, picc,& g-tube.
30 rds of rads with weekly cisplatin
