You're right about the stress. It can really get to you and not easy to manage, but it is possible. My son's experience was not exactly like yours, but I'm sure someone will be along with some more direct experience and suggestions. Are you waiting to have the biopsy done or just waiting for the results? A biopsy can give you more definitive results than just an exam and while you are waiting do whatever you can to distract yourself - like maybe go shopping, see a movie, talk to people, do something you like or take some deep breaths.
