SJ/Brian- I did hear about the MuGard rinse when I was doing research for my Grandmother. She also has problems eating as well and the rinses she has tried in the past are a pain. The MuGard seemed easy because it didn't need any mixing. If you guys find out any more info on its availability please let me know. I will keep you posted as well if I hear more about it.
