Well, as it turns out, he *hasn't* been using the Prevident! He was supposed to, but hadn't got around to it yet. He has been using Biotene for quite awhile now, and maybe it would be a good idea to stick with that. The dental hygienist told him not to use the fluoride rinse as well as the trays, so we'll ask about the Prevident too.
I'd still like to know why he has a bit of bleeding, but I guess we'll have to leave that to the ENT on Monday. Thanks for your suggestions, as always. Anne
