I have not been diagnosed but I am scared and have some questions I hope you all can answer. Can early oral cancer look like an upper respiratory infection?
I'm on antibiotics (1 week) and the dysphagia was getting
better but now its worse again, like the antibiotics were winning but now are loosing the battle. I've had the dysphagia for a couple of months now and it started with a slight tickle in the throat below my adams apple.

Had a barium swallow yesterday, the doc said he didn't see anything but
will send the report to my PCP who I see next Tuesday.

I have a cancer screening with the dentist this weekend (my own doing).
