Your situation does sound like our nightmares come true. It can be so frustrating to think that perhaps something could help you. However, If you can not get hold of this unproven drug, remember that the web site says it has to be "topically applied" or "injected directly into the tumor" in order to work.
I also had a tumor at the base of my tongue, twice now, and both times it was totally inaccessible to any injection or topical application by anything except radiation or having my neck split and jaw broken open and major surgery.
I've also very sorry to hear about the prognosis. Life is so unfair. It's in the back of the minds of all of us for whom the cancer keeps coming back and I hope you do find a miracle cure.
