Well, it was not a lymph node afterall. It is a muscle that has fibrosis and is hard as a rock. The ENT said that it is often confused with a lymph node. He would rather me come in with this type of question than to wait and see if it changes. Here is a funny I tols home where I thought the lymph node was he said, "Good because the lymph nodes from mouth cancer are not normally at the back, but I need to retract my statement because you are not normal."
