Thank you all for your good wishes. We are babysitting two grandkids at their home this weekend. They're not picking at each other right now, so I figured I had a few minutes to check this post. (Marilyn is out looking for things for the new house...when will that end?)

The house is moving along and we should settle on the 11th and move in on the 12th. I've had tickets for a Phillies game at night on the 12th since before the season started and I'm determined to get there. Settlement on the old house went well and we are now officially homeless and temporarily loaded with cash.

Jeff came home from the hospital this morning to a hospital bed in his family room. His wife will have 24 hour help and nobody knows how long it will be. We've been friends since 1966 and that's longer than many of you have been walking this earth. It is tough for everyone that his life has touched and I do appreciate everyone's support during these trying times.

I'm sure that the knee surgery will be a piece of cake, but I'm sure I'll take advantage of it and get out of unpacking for a few days. Thanks for your good wishes.

Donna,
I'll give you a call this weekend.
