Your recurrances are concerning and the answer to your question about seeing someone who specializes in OC is a resounding YES!
If I were in your shoes, I would gather my records..most importantly the lab results from your surgeries and get myself to the Head & Neck Clinic at a Comprehensive Cancer Center. They see Oral Cancer many times a day versus an ENT who rarely sees it.
The recommended treatment (IF you do have SCC again) will most likely be formulated by a team of physicians who meet about your case. This way you have the best chance of knocking the cancer out for good.
