The old one was a pretty long tube, but was nasty looking and started to "back up." Long story short, this new tube is pretty short in comparison and if he didn't find a way to tape it up, it appears as if it would fall out. It separates from his stomach and he has troubles with it slowly leaking. This one has been a big pain. Does this mean he should go back in to get it checked? My mom called the nurse of the hospital where he got the new tube and she said sometimes this is normal until he gets used to the new one. Just seems so odd that it separates from his stomach so much. Any thoughts? | | |
