Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 2,671 | Angelia - I just had to add my congrats to your great news! And for anyone that might "rain on your parade" some people are just "glass half empty" people. One of my sons was like that (not the one that had cancer) and I would always tell him: "Instead of thinking of all the things that could go WRONG, why not think of all the things that could go RIGHT?!" And he finally did! So there is hope for all the "glass half empty people. Now, you go do a happy dance!

CG to son, Paul (age 33, non-smoker) SCC Stage 2, Surgery 9/21/06, 1/6 tongue Rt.side removed, +48 lymph nodes neck. IMRTx28 completed 12/19/06. CT scan 7/8/10 Cancer-free! ("spot" on lung from scar tissue related to Pneumonia.)
