Does anyone know of this type of therapy?

My father underwent his 4th surgery in Korea, which was deemed successful, but was very invasive. He has severe dysphagia and the doctors there deem chemotherapy to dangerous a route because of the possibilities of nausea, which has the potential to cause pneumonia.

My parents have been speaking with alternative hospitals which mentioned Radachlorin as a possible treatment option. I am skeptical, but would like any information anyone may have abou this treatment. Thanks for your time.
