I took my own CD's since my therapist provided a CD player for us. I think I listened to the same songs each time that way I new when it was almsost over each day. I also counted to the beams and each time the machine moved so I knew when I was almost done. Once I got a little more "comfortable" I was actually able to stay still and it did not take as long.
