I am 2 years out from Chemo/Radiation and the doc wants me to have a PET-CT. I like the PET-CT resolution but I have a problem. I am not able to lay on my back. I cannot swallow my saliva so I choke in that position. My last PET-CT was perfectly dreadful with the nurses covering my mouth and wiping saliva all over my face - yuck right. No one seems willing to let me take the test on my stomach. I am open for advice or suggestions. Please help.
