Mike, like you I love the hot stuff - Indian, Mexican, Thai. The hotter the better.

I'm nearing a year out of RT though and still can't handle it. But things have definitely improved, and the improvement is coming more quickly. I actually ate a plate of cheese enchiladas the other day, although I'm still wary of Indian. I'm figuring it will all come back in time and I'll be hitting the habaneros like DavidCPA!
