Thanks for the input so far. I thought maybe there was something special about Spry by Xlear with it being so expensive. I had never heard of it and just happened to see it on the web. After almost 4 years post TX I still have severe dryness but mostly while in bed overnight. A room vaporizer has not helped nor have any of the other oral products except for a few minutes at a time. I seem to have no real problems during the day but it is odd how I go dry if I get under stress or anxious about something.

I might give one bottle of the Spry a try just to see although $16 for a 4.5 oz. bottle seems rough.
