As far as the suit is concerned, having seen David in shorts last month, it's probably a good thing he was wearing a suit for the interview.

As far as his hair is concerned, having started the balding process around the same time as you, I find it utterly unfair that someone of David's age still has as much hair as he does. I, however, fortunately do have enough hair on top to avoid the "monk" look.
